Philippines at the CHINA-ASEAN EXPO 2019 | 21-24 September 2019

The Philippines will showcase the country’s tourism, trade and investment opportunities in the 16th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) from 21 to 24 September 2019. An archipelago of 7,641 islands, the Philippines is regarded as one of the top tourist destinations in Asia. Its countless natural wonders, rich historical and cultural heritage and exuberant festivals attract tourists from all over the world. Aside from its beautiful scenery and vibrant cultural tourism, the Philippines will also promote its trade and investment areas through the Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs). The IPAs are tasked to formulate and develop strategies to position the country as a prime destination for investments—each one having distinct functions and offering incentive packages.
